September was a month of continued learning, collaboration, and professional development at AEC Sastra, with several initiatives focused on strengthening technical knowledge, industry exposure, and BIM capabilities.
Throughout the month, our ongoing BIM Sastra training programs continued to progress across multiple levels, bringing together students, freshers, and working professionals. The latest batches are actively progressing through Level 1 and Level 2, with learners from diverse architectural backgrounds contributing to a dynamic learning environment

As part of our project-based learning and professional engagement, the team also extended support to the Crew Village project through model breakdown and strategy development. Venkatesh and Dinakaran, under the guidance of Rajasekhar sir, worked on developing the model strategy and gained valuable insights into how project-specific strategies are planned and implemented for complex BIM projects. We sincerely appreciate the support and guidance provided by Indraja garu and her team throughout this initiative.

September also featured an engaging Architectural Visualization through AR & VR workshop, conducted on September 5. Shivakumar garu led the AR segment, providing participants with an overview of AR implementation and workflows using Unity, while Hrushikesh covered the VR workflow through practical demonstrations using Twinmotion. The workshop was further strengthened by the continuous technical guidance and support provided by our faculty and mentors. The session brought together 35 participants, creating an interactive platform for exploring emerging visualization technologies in architecture.
Another key initiative during the month was a week-long corporate training program on CAD Essentials, conducted for 15 Trainee Engineers. The program was delivered in two batches by Pavan and Imran, under the mentorship of Bhargavi garu, with a focus on strengthening foundational technical skills.
The final day of the training was further enriched by an expert interaction with Ramana sir, providing the trainees with valuable industry perspectives and practical insights. We also had the opportunity to welcome Subhramanyam garu from Vijai Electricals, who visited our premises and interacted with the team. These interactions provided an excellent platform for connecting technical learning with real-world industry practices and experiences.

Our commitment to institutional and industry engagement continued through the participation of Bhanu Prakash, Founder, CEO & Principal Architect, who was invited as a speaker and chief guest at an institutional event. He shared his extensive experience in UAE architecture and discussed the evolving role of BIM, technology, and AI in architecture, along with emerging opportunities for students and young professionals.
September also marked an important step in strengthening our global presence, with Sivaleela garu beginning her professional journey with the BIMgraFX Dubai team.
Looking ahead, AEC Sastra is preparing for new initiatives, including the upcoming BIM Sastra training batch. In addition, BIM Management will be introduced as another course under AEC Sastra, which will initially be started for our employees under the guidance of Rajasekhar Sir.
We are also looking forward to our participation in Parikalpana 2026 – Southern Regional Conference of the Indian Institute of Architects, where Bhanu Prakash sir has been invited as a speaker. The event will provide an opportunity to engage with architects and industry professionals and explore the evolving role of technology in the AEC industry.
With every initiative, AEC Sastra continues to focus on learning, mentorship, technical excellence, and meaningful industry engagement.
